BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PRESIDENT

WES KELLER

As far back as I can remember, rivers have been part of my life.  Growing up I was always fishing with my dad and brother, rafting or kayaking.  I currently work for the Nez Perce Tribe as a fishery biologist working on protecting and restoring rivers.  I live at 260 Moonridge Drive, with the North Fork of the Payette in our backyard I am passionate about protecting and preserving this river for our subdivision and the general public.

SECRETARY

JULIE VANSANT

My love for being outside comes from my childhood summers being spent at a rustic camp in the woods where I learned to backpack, canoe, practice archery and hike.  I also grew up with easy access to the rivers surrounding my hometown where we would play on hot summer days and take lazy floats down the rivers.  I want to preserve access to the NF of the Payette River so the local community and future generations can play and appreciate their local river.

DIRECTOR

SHELLY GARRIOTT

The love of oceans, rivers and lakes shaped me at a young age and sent me down a path of fisheries biology.  Time spent snorkeling for work observing amphibians, fish and macroinvertebrates helped me understand the importance of healthy river ecosystems and their need for protection.  I left fishery biology to work as a nurse in McCall, serving on the PRA board allows me to continue with my passion for river protection.

TREASURER

JUDY SECRIST

Born and raised in Idaho, I have always enjoyed the beauty of the state and the many outdoor activities it has to offer.  My husband and I purchased a log shell near the Payette River and finished the construction ourselves.  For 25 years, I served in a leadership position of our Property Owners Association, actively pursuing legal protection of the river property.  The opportunity to purchase this property and provide access to the river is a dream come true for me.

Want to collaborate?

We invite the community to volunteer or collaborate on projects that will enhance and protect the wildlife and ecology of the property
